Our combination of training, moving services, technology, and professional employees provides you with  a pleasant, stress-free moving experience. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 – First Contact:

When you decide to reach out to Big Tuck Moving Truck, you will speak directly to the owner, Mr. Tucker,who has extensive experience and knowledge about the entire moving process. You will be given a expeditious, straightforward, accurate estimate. You will not find this level of commitment at any other moving company.

Step 2 – Technology:

Big Tuck Moving Truck takes full advantage of available technology to make your pre-move process efficient and worry free. We have a specialized customer inventory system and moving cost estimation tools, enabling us to focus on your personalized moving needs. Our technology allows us to make sure we respond to every inquiry quickly, whether from online requests, calls, or emails.

Step 3 – Before Your Move:

At Big Tuck Moving Truck, our team of employees is 100% dedicated to  carefully planning  your move. No matter how complex or simple your move may seem, we will help you prepare by offering  delivery of packing materials, including boxes(at an additional cost)advice on packing and streamlining your inventory, and we’ll explain every step so you know exactly what to expect. You will have your move coordinator’s direct phone number and email address, and we promise to call you in the days preceding your move for any last questions. We offer packing for an additional fee.

Step 4 – Moving Day:

When the big day arrives, you will be greeted by on-time, friendly, professional movers ready to work. Led by an experienced crew chief, our movers are carefully screened and given the knowledge and tools to perform the job accurately & efficiently. We take pride in our reputation for being efficient and courteous. One will never see our workers on a smoke break or sitting down on the job. They will work as long as it takes to get the move done, even if unexpected challenges arise during the day. Large, awkward pieces, narrow stairs, bad weather, or broken elevators are all part of what you hire us to handle, so you don’t have to worry!

Step 5 – After The Move:

We don't just drop your belongings off and say "So Long!". Once the bill has been settled and we have departed from the job, you are never on your own when it comes to questions you may have or extra help you may need. You will receive a follow-up call. Please feel free to call with any concerns about your move, or  to arrange for additional services, such as unpacking. Most importantly, we want to know how your experience was,so we can ensure you are not only satisfied, but delighted enough to become a customer for life, and hopefully tell your friends and family about us, too!
